"Had an issue with my reservation being cancelled as no show after a delayed flight, although the page says "check in anytime". Due to fixing this I had to change rooms in the middle of my 5 day stay. For being a newer hotel, the condition of the rooms was not as expected. The refrigerator was noisy and did not cool enough and my food spoiled, the pull out desk was broken, and there was no ottoman. The walls/floors were thin and I could hear the people above me stomping around and clearly doing bed-related activities. I did like the location having restaurants, a QT, and the freeway nearby (although some freeway noise). I also liked that the rooms were actually stocked with kitchen items for the kitchenette usage."

"Cookware and dishsoap is not provided. There is 1 soap pack provided for the dishwasher, but for a hotel it would be a nice touch to include regular dishsoap. Coffee service was out of cups and creamer when 1st set up at 5:15am...disappointing for anyone wishing for a quick cup on the way out. Highway is loud through windows so I would recommend requesting a room on opposite side from the 101. Bed was very comfy and blackout shades helped keep the light and heat out. Staff was kind and accommodating."

"Loved the Windmill suites. There were three of us and we had a first floor room with an outdoor patio facing the pool. Our room was clean. The beds comfortable. The staff friendly. The breakfast adequate. Eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, yogurt. Will definitely stay again. Our only complaint is that the handicapped lifts in the pool and hot tub were non operational. Being older women, we use assist in and out of the pool. We did use the pool one day, but it’s too hard to get out without the lift. We did stay 3 nights. The pool was cleaned twice daily. Lots of debris from trees blew into the pool. The landscaping is very pretty, but needs to be cut back some. Overall it was a great stay. Cookies and spokes at the front desk in the evening, but you usually needed to ask. Kept others from digging around in the cookies. Also coffee and fresh ice water in lobby. Just a lovely stay."
