"I booked this hotel to watch a concert at the Talking Stick Amphitheater which is an 11-minute drive away. This made it convenient but the main issues with the hotel are its location to the main road which has a lot of traffic. The fit and finish in the room make the room lackluster as it has the sliding door for the bathroom which is a new trend. Room had squeaky floor and loose handles for shower doors. Shower pressure was low. The AC sits low and the bed frame sits high so the end of the bed blocks a portion of the cooling. Things like that are not thought out. Room had full fridge and microwave, small stove and sink. There is literally a 24-hour Whataburger and gas station feet from the front door. My mine grip are the photos are super misleading. Even the first pictures isn't of the hotel entrance, casino, or arcade. All of those "amenities" are down the street and not within walking distance or connected to the hotel. I know that is an issue as when I arrived the front desk attendant was telling someone on the phone the exact same thing about why the pictures are included. I listened as they were the only person at the front desk. The ad should be changed to reflect the actual pictures from the hotel like the dried up water fountain in the gym that doesn't work. For being a year old the room we had was already showing age which isn't a good sign."
