Bruttissima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato la camera 1 con vista sul cortile interno, ma quando siamo arrivati al riad prima ci hanno detto che la nostra camera non era disponibile per un guasto al bagno proponendoci quindi di andare in un'altra struttura. Abbiamo quindi intrapreso un trasferimento, con bagagli, a piedi nella medina di Fes per giungere al riad da loro proposto e scoprire che la struttura era decisamente inadeguata. The place they sent us was not great (shower on the wc type of budget place - nothing major but not an improvement). They picked us up the following morning at 10am to go back to the original riad. Here we were told the room wasn't ready as they were cleaning it from the night before (??)... We waited for about 1 hour at the constant 'it'll be ready in one minute'. They finally give us room 2\. All great, we left everything and went sightseeing. After an exhausting first day, we arrive to the room in the evening and our things are not there anymore! They moved us to a room in the third floor, ceilings in the bathroom so low that it was hard to go about without hitting your head. Nos recolocan la primera noche en un hotel sin baño en la habitación y encima para ir al servicio tenías q bajar 3 pisos. Nos dicen q a la mañana siguiente vayamos a desayunar al riad Hala y cuando llegamos no saben nada de nuestro desayuno... y para más inri en el sitio donde nos recolocan nos dicen q la segunda noche que pasaremos en Fez está ocupado también. Tenemos q volver al riad Hala contarles la historia y nos recolocan en un nuevo lugar. Todo ello sin disculparse, llevándonos a hoteles de peor categoría y sin ninguna explicación. Sobre todo atendido por su director Abdul y un equipo de gente amable y dispuesta a ayudar. El patio central donde se desayuna refleja perfectamente la historia del edificio que data de 1364\. Las habitaciones muy bien ambientadas y confortables. Organizan excursiones de las cuales aprovechamos dos, una dentro de la Medina asesorados para visitar las zonas más llamativas y otra una excursión de todo un día a la ciudad de Volubilis y Merknes con un guía muy amable y conversador. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick; vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang sehr empfehlenswert :) Unser Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, war sehr schön (traditionell) gestaltet und sauber.
