"Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Bar service and restaurant was also good with quick food service despite there also being a wedding at the hotel on the Saturday night. The hotel advised us in advance that there would be a wedding whilst we were staying and that there might be some noise from the reception. This wasn't a problem as the windows were well double glazed and any noise from the marquee was minimal. Unable to try the breakfast as we were out at 7am on both Saturday and Sunday and breakfast runs from 8am on weekends."

"The hotel and location are amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, felt luxurious, and our park-side room had an amazing direct view of the park, where we could see a few of the animals, which was lovely. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cafes, restaurants and shops that are on the hotel’s doorstep are really nice and the whole area feels enclosed and a lovely place to stay, relax and explore. The park is beautiful and right next to the hotel - so perfect to stay if you’re going to the park. It’s an all-around great hotel to stay in for a night, or even for a full holiday! We will definitely be returning."

"Large older style hotel in a convenient location. Bright welcoming reception and bar and spacious dining area. Room was good; comfortable bed, tv and tea and coffee. Good shower but it was leaking from the shower control end out of the shower on to the bathroom floor and out of the bathroom and wetting the carpet in the bedroom by the bathroom door. Also it didn’t seem that the extractor fan in the bathroom was working well / at all. We reported both of these faults and hopefully they will be rectified. There was also a gym which seemed well equipped although we didn’t use it on this visit. Nice hotel, good staff and good location for a competitive price; we’ll be using it again."
