Lovely and quiet, lots of walks from the door. Dog friendly

Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you

The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser!

Perfect place for our stay in Woodbridge. So close to the station and everywhere in town. Spotlessly clean and really nicely set up. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

A lovely stay and great location for exploring Suffolk. Comfortable, well equipped cottage on lovely grounds with lake, games room (which our kids loved) and goslings.

Pros Really lovely property, clean and lovely decorated and we really enjoyed our stay. Slight niggles Outside light on arrival would be helpful (as after 4pm it’s dark this time of year). The only thing I would change is to leave by 11am instead of 10am but it’s just a slight niggle.

A beautiful property set in beautiful surroundings that had every mod con and item you could possibly need! The beds were so comfy and the ensuite shower, well wow! I did not want to get out! The water is so soft and the pressure is far more superior compared to where we live! We visited the beach too for a couple of days, which was amazing, The Trawlerman gets a mention for the best fish n chips we’ve had in a long time! We will definitely return to stay as we have family living nearby now!...

Peaceful and quiet - grandkids loved it. Very safe and had space.

Cottage was clean and comfortable and close to places we wanted to visit.

Great weekend with the family. One point that is not mentioned is the stairs are narrow and steep to the furst floor is hard for older people to manage. Apart from that it was a perect stay with everything thats needed.

Nice cozy stay, nice and very clean. Would have been a 5 star but was a strong smell of what could have been beeswax or something similar on the old wood.

Great location and lovely property with 2 spacious bedrooms. Unfortunately the fridge had not been closed and cleaned and was leaking ice cream and wet towels had been left in the washing machine which was a disappointment. Very enjoyable weekend in Aldeburgh.
