For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Boccia, fireplace, children's playground. Central parking spaces. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2 km, café 4 km, bus stop "Falkau Abzw Haslachstrasse" 500 m, railway station "Falkau- Altglashütten" 2 km, bathing lake "Windgfällweiher" 4 km. Very cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Large terrace 20 m2, small garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 30 m. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Geweldig huisje in de natuur op een rustige klein parkje. Prachtig uitzicht op een weide met koeien en beboste heuvels. Goed uitgerust terras op het zuiden met een picknicktafel, 2 stoelen met tafel, 2 ligstoelen en 2 parasols. De keuken is krap, maar wel goed uitgerust. Alleen is er vrijwel geen ruimte meer over om de boodschappen op te bergen. Het 2-persoonsbed ligt prima en is voorzien van 2 1-persoonsdekbedden. Het huisje is goed geïsoleerd, waardoor het 's zomers koel blijft binnen. De gordijnen zijn vrij dun/licht, maar overal zijn luiken en bij de woonkamer zelfs rolluiken. De woonkamer is klassiek Duits ingericht met veel hout, maar het voldoet goed. De bank zit prima. Er is een smart-tv met voldoende snel internet en er zijn Duitstalige DVD's beschikbaar. De badkamer is schoon en voldoet. De douche maakt gebruik van een boiler, dus bij te lang douchen kan die leeg raken.Enige minpuntje is de vele tussenpersonen. Vrbo, Interhome en dan de waarschijnlijk daadwerkelijke verhuurder. De echte huisinstructies zijn alleen in het Duits beschikbaar. De sleutel kregen we via een sleutelkluisje en dat werkte prima.
