Idyllically situated by the village pond in Kopendorf, this semi-detached house, built just a few years ago, invites you to relax and unwind.

A total of 4 residential units are for rent. This means that 4 friendly families can holiday together on one property.



Quietly situated slightly back from the road, the 88 square metre semi-detached house in Frisian style offers lovingly and individually furnished holiday accommodation.

On the ground floor is the living/dining area with a small, open-plan kitchen, a separate utility room and guest WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful shower and another WC. There is storage space for plenty of luggage in the hallway.

In front of the house is the car park with charging facilities for electric cars on the enclosed property, which also offers protection for smaller children.

Behind the house, a small, sheltered terrace invites you to lie down or eat at the garden table.

A small outdoor fireplace provides cosy evenings and barbecue fun.

Pros: Sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus in, für uns, super Lage. Supermärkte, Bäckerei, verschiedene Strände und der Hafen Orth mit einigen netten Restaurants und Cafés sowie einigen beliebten Surfspots sind mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber.

Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küc

Pros: Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges Badezimmer, separate Toilette im Erdgeschoss, gemütliche Sitzecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Dorf auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt gelegener Ort, kurze Wege überallhin und trotzdem ein ruhiger Ort mit einem Dorfteich. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer für das Rundumwohlfühlpaket. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros: Wir haben im August 2022 eine Woche hier verbracht (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, um von dort aus Tagesausflüge zu Strand oder anderen Örtlichkeiten zu starten, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Tips für Ausflüge bekommen. Man erreicht Supermärkte und Restaurants in kurzer Zeit, im Gartenbereich mit Klettergerüst können die Kinder nach einem Ausflug auch noch viel rumtoben. Die Ausstattung der Haushälfte passte zu unseren Bedürfnissen, die Betten waren bequem und es war alles sauber.

Pros: Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dem Ferienhaus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Und auch der Vermieter ist super nett und am Wohlbefinden seiner Mieter interessiert. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
