The Tranqui Spot

  • This property is located on the edge of Fayetteville, close to many NWA attractions. The Tranqui Spot is a dream home away from home to relax and unwind. It’s just a short drive to fantastic restaurants, scenic spots, and all the natural beauty Arkansas has to offer.
    The apartment is located above our garage, with a private entrance, giving guests plenty of space while I live in the lower part of the property. The Tranqui Spot features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, giving plenty of room to spread out.
    The bathroom includes all essentials for a comfortable shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped for meals with family and friends. Relax and enjoy all that Fayetteville and this cozy apartment have to offer.
