Guest Access:

Assigned spot in the car park. There is a lockbox at the parking spot where you will find a key fob for entrance into the building and to use for the lift. The car park entry height is 7'3. Additional parking for all units can be found on lower levels of the car park at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using car park metres found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in US currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a non-refundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a non-refundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional holiday rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
