"The reception staff was amazing and responsive regarding booking tours, transfers, and recommendations. The rooms were nice. I wouldn’t choose avoid the ones faci g the street as the trolleys are quite noisy. Would recommend and stay again. Would definitely request a tour with Nuno. He was thorough and organized."

"Great breakfast, attentive staff. The hotel is well looked after and has its own spesch. The pool could have been a touch warmer but still nice for some. Sauna etc. clean and relaxing."

"Staff were nice and helpful. The pool unfortunately wasn’t clean so I didn’t let my kids swim in it. Room was pretty clean, cleaner came around daily I believe to freshen it up. We did run out of paper towel and they didn’t have any it was on order. There were random splashes on the walls that could probably be cleaned up. Beds were clean. Location great!"

"I will not be returning to this “hotel” ever again. When booking it was not public knowledge that the room that we chose was basically a college dorm style. This was not listed anywhere within the property details or room details. Once we arrived, we had to go up many many flights of stairs there is no elevator. Once I opened up the door there are multiple individual rooms with shared common spaces like the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. I did not choose a hotel to share spaces with strangers and if this was listed I would have never booked. Very disappointed and this should definitely be public knowledge."
