"We went for dinner at the restaurant and the attendant asked at the door about food allergies. I said, yes, no garlic please, they brought a book with every meal they offered and all the ingredients listed. I picked the grilled chicken with goat cheese as garlic was not listed. 15 minutes later the server stated that the chef said there is garlic. I stated that there is clearly a discrepancy between their own departments that can cause a medical issue for a customer. The restaurant manager came over and instead of apologizing, he said that my only choice was to pick something else, no recommendations of what that meal was as they add garlic to almost everything. Finally I order the salmon and a Caesar salad. We waited 45 minutes to get a meal. No apologies, no we are going to correct our own documents, we fell that we were causing the problem. We stay there because is the most convenient hotel for our frequent trips to Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and worth the price since you don't need to take any transportation, you just walk in from the terminal. We will stay there again but might not eat at the restaurant."

"It is always an amazing experience at this hotel. The gentleman who checked us in upgraded our room for a reasonable cost. It has a lovely view of the airport to see planes lands and take off. Breakfast was lovely."

"Great option for terminal 5 with the pod transfer - comfortable enough room - great value. Only in the room for about 7 hours before an early flight but slept well! "

"The person checking me in wasn’t very helpful. Asked me if I wanted to add breakfast to my stay and said it was cheaper to do it then than on the morning. Agreed to add it, but they didn’t tell me when breakfast was I had to ask. They also didn’t tell me when checkout was. The room was spacious but not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom, it was fine as I was solo, but if sharing the room it could be disruptive if someone went to the bathroom during the night as it frosted glass lights up the room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor and the bathroom sink took a long time to drain. The bed was very soft, I actually found it comfortable and slept well, but some people wouldn’t like it. Breakfast both mornings staff had no knowledge of me prepaying. It was also not worth the money I paid. Very few options for vegans and even less for gluten free. In 2026 it’s disappointing. They had allergies listed for each item but it was very confusing what item was what (all bread rolls together for example but listed differently with different allergens). Also on my second morning there were no spoons on any tables when I went for breakfast. A staff member came out and set them on tables, so they’d obviously just been watched. They didn’t put any on my table. It took three attempts to find an actual clean spoon as they all had food residue still on. If I stayed again I wouldn’t get breakfast. "

"The rooms are nice but the hotel is without many vending machines.. so if you have travelled a long time bring your own food. The room was a bit stuffy and the wifi did not work. It’s a bit expensive to get there from the airport- in hindsight I would have picked a hotel closer to the airport."
