"We booked the premium suite with jacuzzi tub and it wasn’t like the pictures. The design of the place is quite beautiful but very outdated. Here’s just a few things that we weren’t comfortable with or happy about: - the door to our room didn’t have a double lock on the inside , and the lock that was there didn’t do anything. - there was only baseboard heating (which is fine !, if it worked …) -the lights by the bed didn’t work Overall my wife didn’t feel safe about no working locks on the inside of our room and we were just quite uncomfortable because the room was so cold. I would like to stay the staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful, just for what we paid it wasn’t worth it. "

"For the cost of the suite, I would have expected USB outlets to be readily available and visible. I couldn’t find any and when I enquired at the front desk, the staff member told me that she that there was one behind the alarm clock or the tv. I searched those two ares but to no avail. To have none available in this day and age is inexcusable! In addition, the hvac was very loud when I was trying to sleep!"

"Room was okay but not spacious. Bathroom was also small, although the walk-in shower was fine size-wise. Staff were friendly and helpful and airport shuttle service was very good. Although our room was very close to the elevators, there wasn’t a problem with noise. "
