"Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, friendly staff, and incredibly well placed for attending the open day at Stirling University. Also, the bus into the city centre is directly in front of the hotel, so if you've had a long drive to get there, you can explore the city without having to take the car."

From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely.
Check in was simple and straightforward.
We stayed in 'Oak' which overlooks the front of the building. The king room is spacious, with a lovely en suite shower room. We were delighted to find some tasty snacks, bottled water, and tea and coffee to enjoy. The room was warm, the bed was so...

booked as an overnight stay as we returned back home after a holiday on Skye, a great hotel with really friendly efficient staff everywhere, nothing was too much trouble for anyone - loved the welcoming warm chocolate brownies on arrival.

Lovely stay . Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking . Quiet and nice rooms . Big spacious room and toilet. Need little improvement while re-servicing the room as my room supplies were not properly re-stocked and replaced. Overall good experience

Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. It was a relatively quiet night I stayed at with maybe 33-50% occupancy, and I was given a nice upgrade. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high tier, mixed with antique/period pieces. Among other things I had a lovely writing desk looking out to the grounds which would no doubt be a lovely and inspirational place to pen some thoughts or a...
