"The hotel staff was very lovely when checking in. We had a good chat about being foreign travellers and they ended up letting us stay in the car park for free for 2 nights. Amazing kindness. We also upon check out forgot our shampoo and they kept it for us cause we were going to come back through on our way back to London. The hotel staff was very nice and our rooms were cleaned every day. Upon check in our sheets were not the cleanest and the staff promptly check our bedding and replaced it. I didn't mind changing the sheets myself as they didnt' have staff there that late which was fine. As long as I had clean sheets. Loved how close the train was to downtown. "

Loved having the train station, bus stop and restaurants steps from the front door - perfect location for us. We used the Lounge every night after our walk back from dinner. "
