"Nice pool , good breakfast, quiet location. Helpful managers, excellent restaurant on site Our room #128: shower head clogged-had to use hand held. Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. Our AC kept our room cool,however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management. "Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. Really recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel location is fantastic, very peaceful, with well kept and beautiful grounds. Food is excellent, staff and service equally so. Whilst the rooms are basic ours was very clean and the swim up pool, whilst shared with two other rooms, felt private. We had a wonderful ten days all inclusive, which was excellent value. We'd 100% return! Not a place to go if you're bothered about watching television 🙂"

Beautifully Renovated Traditional Stone House in Vori, South Crete, Greece.

10/10 Excellent

"The traditional Greek house was great and had everything and more you could possibly need when you want to self cater, the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Mark, the host/owner, was very helpful & communicative, as was Nadine, the local lady who made sure all went smoothly at the Crete end.All rooms clean & tidy, nice upstairs veranda for relaxing."

"If you are wanting a 5 star hotel this is not the place for you however if you are wanting a very Cretian villa with a beautiful pool and garden and a host who goes the extra mile then this is the place. Vagelis (the owner) simply added to the holiday with his fresh fruits, honey and oil from his own olives. He was available for any help needed. Great place to stay and great people. We would gladly visit again."

"Spacious and well presented villa with amazing scenic views everywhere you look. So peaceful however only a short walk to the local village with a range of restaurants and shops. There is a steep road to the villa however we managed it in our small car with no issues. Perfect location for visiting the local area. Pool so refreshing. We had an amazing time and would happily return. Good communication with Annette."

"Room was small but workable. Nice balcony to relax on not much of a view . Shower is very small a thin person would barely fit but the water was hot. Came with a small.fridge freezer and worked great once plugged in. A/C was available but they removed the remote thinking I would not need it so room was stuffy and opening the bacony door helped a bit until the mosquitoes made their way in so that was annoying. Breakfast was very good no complaints. About a 10 minute walk into town so not a big deal and flat. I would suggest checking that the A/C remote is in your room before front desk closes. I would have rated the place higher if not for this. Again simple clean small room but served the purpose. Bed was a bit on the hard side."
