"If I could rate our experience 5+ stars I would.
Kelly’s has character with the log furniture. The staff were outstanding, very kind and helpful! Our room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The dinner suggestions from the staff were accurate and helpful! The continental breakfast had lots of options and their coffee was great. We’ll definitely make reservations to stay at Kelly’s the next time we are in West Yellowstone and encourage our friends to stay there as well."
"Went to check in at 5:50 PM was told our room would not be ready for an hour. Made a 8:00 reservation for dinner. Finally got checked in at 7:00. Went down for dinner at 7:50. Waited in a long line with others who had a reservation. Was seated for dinner at 8:40. Was told our food would take an hour to receive. An hour latter we received a cold burger and fries. The room was very cute and wasn't an issue not having a bathroom in room. It wasn't very noisy even though the hotel was sold out. We found out the next day that they had only been open 3 days into the season and the cleaning crew didn't show up. I would think after so many years they would have this down better. They did nothing to make any of it right but we still enjoyed our stay and the beauty of the old historical Inn."
"This cabin was excellent. It had everything we need including ice maker. The daily s’mores for the firepit were excellent. The cabin was beautiful and a 2 minute walk to shopping. The staff was superb and attentive. Best place to stay for Yellowstone park. Absolutely loved everything about it. "
"Really friendly staff, who were attentive and helpful. The space was great, lots of room, very homely and comfortable.
Upon arrival, bath could have been cleaner but this was a minor issue in a fantastic stay.
Perfectly located with all of West Yellowstone within walking distance, and really close to the west entrance to the park.
Would highly recommend!"
