"We loved this beautiful Inn! The property is like stepping back in time - amazing 4 story open lobby area with timber and stone everywhere. Lots of places to eat and nice gift shops all on the property. Old Faithful is just steps out the door, and there are beautiful walking and hiking paths all around to see the many geysers and hot spring pools. All the staff were very friendly and helpful also. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed there 3 nights on the last night at 12:30am the fire alarm went off everyone on the second floor had no idea what was going on, my self and others tried calling front desk with no one answering the phone. We were on the 2nd floor and at 1:00am whoever was above us was stomping all over there room constantly, I went down 2x to talk to person at front desk to get them to take care of this but they did nothing it continued all night. I would not recommend this place at all."

"We booked a king bedroom and two Queen room. We have a microwave inside the king bedroom but not in the queen bedroom. Staff were very attentive, when we need a hairdryer and a trash can, they deliver fairly quickly. It was a great experience."

"I've been staying at Hibernation Station for several years when I visit the area. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The cabins are well equipped, beds are comfy... they have air conditioning unlike many other accommodations in West Yellowstone. Close to the park, walkable to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this option for your stay!"
