"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"

"Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30. The room was very stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful! "

"The place was perfect for us. We went to Kitchener to visit our daughter and grandchildren which was the perfect location for us. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. We weren’t there to go skiing so we can’t comment on that. Highly recommend this place for a family of 3"

"The house was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. All amenities were provided. My one concern was the check-in time of 5:00 p.m. It's late and was hard on my young grandchildren. I was told an earlier check-in might be possible but there was no confirmation despite a couple messages."

"The pride is apparent as the rental is well appointed and tastefully decorated. This is a great rental for someone that has issues walking (no stairs and walk in shower). The host is VERY responsive and it's obvious she wishes her guests to be comfortable and happy. "
