This downtown 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo, located on the 3 floor with a New Orleans style wrap around corner balcony, was just remodeled by a locally know decorator. You will be one of the first to stay since the renovations were completed in April of 2022. The locked lobby with an elevator offers security and ease when entering or leaving the condo. Restaurants, bars, live music shopping, arts and crafts are all just steps away. Fairhope offers everything from golfing, the Mobile Bay marinas, a short drive to the beach and OWA amusement park, boutique shopping, "hole in the wall" restaurants with cultured Southern delicacies, bars with live entertainment and fine dining, too, causeway restaurants with sweeping views, mall shopping, swamp tours and I'm sure I missed a few! The King Master Bedrooms adjoins a full bathroom with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, a private water closet for your relaxation, convenience and privacy. Two guest rooms are located right beside the hall bath, which is equipped with a tub/shower combo. The utility room offers a full size washer and dryer and is located near the entry door by the powder room. Fresh white bath is supplied along with a one day supply of basic amenities for the bathrooms and kitchen, so you will want to bring your personal toiletries. The beds are made with fresh white linen for every guest!

The living room, master bedroom and a guest room adjoin the breezy, shady balcony! You will have a view of the street, but, also, have plenty of privacy provided by the stately trees which flank the balcony. From the balcony you will hear the local musicians and DJs just across the street.

The designer spared no expense when it came to crown molding, 9 foot ceiling, cabinetry, furnishings and decor. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Please bring your own plastic goods and food, unless you prefer to walk across the street an Irish Pub called McSharrys, a Soul Bowlz, or the Mill offering a great variety. From the balcony you will hear the local musicians and DJs just across the street.

No pets, drugs or loud parties allowed. Must be 25 to book. Entrance is monitored by cameras. Parking is free and first come first serve basis, but usually not an issue at all. Check-in is easy. No front desk hassle. Just read the arrival instructions and let yourself in.
