"The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. "I loved it here! The condos were beautiful and we didnt want to leave the property at all. Everything you needed was in one place. My favorites were the balcony view, the jet tub, and the courteous and caring staff check-ins."

"Misscommunication on parking where I asked on check in do we need a parking pass was told no and got a friendly warning next day I may be towed. You need a parking pass. Told them that would not be on me and a bit more if that happened. Dish TV kinda works Staff is friendly. Location excellent "

"Everything in general was as described with many positives. Two areas could be improved that would have made a 5 star great stay. 1. Floors were vacuumed but needed to be mopped. 2. Bed was below average both mattress and support. Would stay here again but would inquire about these 2 points before booking."

"The condo was exactly as listed, the location was great, and the view is amazing! The only issue we had was the pull out sofa! When pulled out into the bed, it was broken down and so uncomfortable. And there was only one thin, almost throw-like blanket to use for it and not enough pillows. The couch is literally the only complaint I have!"

"We enjoyed every second of the week even though weather was iffy at times... we made the most of it! Nothing id really change pr that can be really changed. We would have liked to grill out because we arent much into sharing a grill but we made it to several nearby restaurants. Maybe a warmer pool like some other hotel/condos. The access to the beach and use of the washer/dryer was great! The laundry basket needs updated lol but we made it work when we had to. Some of the outlets didnt work it...

"The location was great , was just as advertised. The only thing that was horrible was the incident with the running water on the property. We had been notified that the water was going to be shut off from 10 pm till midnight the first night of our stay, for routine maintenance, that wasn’t the issue , we did not have running water back on till 9 am the next day. The city had turned on at street level but the property manager did not turn the water on to the property till 9 am. Kinda ruined the...

"This unit is incredible. We traveled with our two kids (7 and 9), my sister and her husband, and my mother. The space is bigger than it looks in pictures and our whole crew loved it. Check in was easy, the resort is fabulous, and the owner is super responsive and lovely. We will be back, highly recommend!!!!"

"My sister and I came here on vacation and had a great time. Because it looked great. We chose the condo because it looked great in the pictures online. We were not. We were not disappointed when we arrived and saw the condo was exactly like the pictures. we used the kitchen. We found the kitchen because we all we found the kitchen very accommodating as we ate most of our meals in the condo. Overall, I would write this as a really great place to stay, and would book it again."

"The condo was exactly as pictured! Clean and welcoming! The balcony view was perfect! Aside from the pool area being under construction/ maintenance during our stay we really enjoyed it especially being within steps from the beach. There is a rinse off shower area right by the beach entrance to rinse off from sand which is super convenient. Great place would stay again! Thanks."

"We visited Gulf Shores with our 2 boys (7 and 10) and this was just perfect for us! I really appreciated how well stocked the condo was with stuff in the kitchen and games to play and much more. The location was great to walk to dinner, ice cream, and of course the beach! It was also wonderful to have a place with separate sleeping areas and bathrooms for us and the kids. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was exactly as described, beautiful ocean front balcony view, comfy king bed. The only bad thing was the door code didn’t work when we checked in for either suite & took multiple resets to open one, however the staff was diligent to get it reset & apologize multiple times. "

"We loved the house and location; beautiful sunrises and sunsets always. Plenty of room for our guests! What we didn't expect though was the last week of 24/7 beach dredging and reshaping which closed the beach directly in front of us. Fortunately, it reopened on our last day so we could enjoy a final beach walk....my happy place. A few maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the very helpful staff. Would stay at Paradox again."

"We checked in to a nice clean inviting condo. It was quiet and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our short trip. The hosts were easy to contact and responded immediately. We had zero problems with our stay and were mere steps away from the sand. Great place to stay and excellent hosts. I will book again!"
