"Very outdated building! Room, furniture and TV were all old! Room cleanliness was not very good, as there were stains in the carpet and molding growing the in the bathroom. Immediately upon arrival in the room there was a bad smell! Did not see one housekeeper or cart while there. Location of hotel was a positive though!"

"The staff was amazingly helpful and accomodating. The grounds were gorgeous. And the food lovely. We wish we has spent more time there."

"The property can use some maintenance. The fan in the bathroom sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The room is not cleaned daily and requesting a room cleaning is like pulling tooth. During our 4-night stay, we requested room cleaning once, We requested before 8 am and left for our activity. Came back around 3, and the room wasn't cleaned. We called and was told that sometimes they finish between 4 and 6. But some guy didn't come until after 6 and wanted to clean the room. We were tired and ended up didn't have the room cleaned and lived with a dirty toilet for the rest of the stay."
