Hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the harbour. Beautiful views with a short downhill walk to town. Walking back uphill though is a challenge as it’s a pretty steep climb

Wasn’t prepared for it to be high on a hill. Driving up to check in and parking wasn’t that easy for us. Then getting our bags up to hotel and then up the stairs to the room. The staff was very helpful and kind. I enjoyed speaking with Alex and he helped us with sites, restaurants, and our bags, as well as the parking. The street was quite noisy until late and the church bells went off til midnight then started again at 7 am so we didn’t get much sleep but that isn’t the hotels fault. The restaurant was Chinese which we didn’t try. Was quite a hilly walk down and back to the busy area of town. We had a lovely sea view room but the glass was privacy glass at the bottom so hard to see the view. The rooms were quite large and spacious though. Surprisingly a more modern look.

Our suite was very spacious. Both of the rooms as well as the kitchen and dining area had plenty of space. It was walkable to all the places we wanted to see. It had an amazing view of the deck of cards, houses, and cathedral. Some drawbacks were that the parking was very tight but doable. There was no self service laundry available. We would happily stay here again.
