"Room was so dirty. The sheets had stained the walls had stains. There were cigarette ash on the floor next to one bed. The bathroom smelled like urine and mildew. It seemed like the room was not even cleaned, and the sheets and blankets were just remade on the bed to cover it up. The room had a damp smell as soon as you walked in. I immediately checked back out a half hour after I checked in because I felt it was unsafe to let my children sleep in the bed. "

"I arrived at about 5:15 on the day of my reservation, and the place is deserted. I called several times, but all I got was a recording telling me the voicemail was not "set up". I honked my horn loudly 6 different time over the course of an hour. I drove all the way around the building and grounds. When I called Expedia for help, all they did was to try to call the motel, then they told me no refund!"
