Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. "The hotel was beautiful and they really took care of us, between the great room and helping us find things to do around Santorini. It was a great location too! The only thing we had a problem with was a miscommunication about transportation (but fixed really quickly!). "

"If there is one thing to really mention, It’s the food from the kitchen. Eat at Ombra. Delish! Staff and Reception also special mention. Sunset view, Epic! Be rady for stirs though, as you would in all of Santorini"

"This property was perched perfectly on the hill to get a spectacular view of Santorini, it’s super close to bus terminals, shopping and places to eat. We had the cave room with courtyard view, just steps away from a view of the caldera . I would definitely stay here again, as the staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. I put a 4 for cleanliness only because the counter in our room was noticeably dusty with sand upon our arrival, but other than that, I felt it was a clean environment. I have knee issues and this location doesn’t have an excessive amount of stairs to get to your room from the drop off point. "
