The staff were efficient and effective and a pleasure to talk to. They were most helpful in regards to recommendations for visiting the area and willingness to provide detailed information on the history of the facility To celebrate my 82nd birthday, I reserved a suite and it proved to be a wonderful present. We occupied room 207, with 2 balconies, a large sitting area with a separate half bath, and nicely furnished private bedroom with a large bath off the bedroom. The furnishings and decorations are first class - simply magnificent. The Simmons king sized beds was supportive and comfortable. The spacious main bathroom included a walk in rainforest shower, separate bathtub, a selection of exclusive amenities and two complimentary bathrobes and slippers for absolute comfort.Everything worked just fine. "

Friendly welcome our only quibble was the serving staff at breakfast were a bit moody as they were trying to set up for lunch/dinner and we got the distinct impression they wanted us out. Also no decaffeinated on offer but plenty of choice otherwise. "
