I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

Loved staying here. It was in the perfect location in the heart of the Alfama district with the tram and tuk tuks stationed across the street. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so lovely. The room was nice if a bit small, not much walking room and makes you feel like a cruise ship cabin. But we weren't in the room much so it didnt matter. I would definitely stay here again.
