Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The cottage itself is lovely, but possibly our timing was bad. We arrived the day after the previous guests had reported the downstairs water heater was broken. Andre did communicate about this problem. He was there trying to repair it himself on our arrival day. I told him at 5pm to leave it. The following day a plumber came to repair it, and was still there when we got back. Unfortunately he was unable to repair it and we had no running water in the kitchen for our stay. Andre did reimburse us some money. Seems a very nice man. We left a list of other things in need of attention as he said guests did not inform him. The only things i think worth mentioning are there are 3 showers, which is great. The staircase is very steep and not wide enough to cross on. The location is great. Currently the only noise disruption is from the workmen at the pub, who start at 0730.
