"The hotel was easy to get to and parking was very convenient. The Metro stop was right downstairs, and could not have been easier to access, making travel to D.C. destinations really painless. Our room was small-ish, but very comfortable. The hotel had a very vibrant energy, which added to the experience. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"Property is a bit loud even at night. Love that they provide sensory bags for kids that would be affected by noise. Breakfast was excellent beds were comfortable. Property is in great proximity to walking distance, shops, and restaurants."

"Previously, I frequented Embassy Suites properties because they were ideal for the business traveler. This is the first time I've been back more recently it has gone downhill. Although the suites are still spacious, they looked a little worn and dated. Room housekeeping was adequate, though they didn't take out the trash that was full of discarded food and paper plates. Staff was helpful, especially Patrick at the front desk. Biggest complaint was in the common areas. Breakfast buffet items was lukewarm. Often no more "real" dishes and glasses, just paper and plastic. The utensils were stored in containers eating side up and hundreds of of people were dipping their hands in them to grab forks spoons, etc. touching surfaces that would eventually enter others mouths. There also was no control to prevent non guest from mooching from the buffet as I saw people entering from outside in the morning and heading to the breakfast area. Embassy Suites still hosts a manager's reception but, again contrary to the past, everything served in plastic and paper plates. Only snacks were popcorn and chips. Common areas were left dirty for hours at the time, including the bathroom. The water fountain did not work. The pool was very cloudy. Admittedly we stayed into the holiday weekend, but the property was overrun with loud, noisy, uncontrolled children, which did not make the place conducive for us who were trying to work. I probably would not stay again."

"No house keeping service for 4 nights..towels lying around whole room and some toiletries not refilled. House keeping service needs revamp.. It is not a cheap hotel to deliver such cheap service"

"This place was soooo perfect! I love placemaker stays! I stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The apartment was perfect, clean and well stocked. I was placed on the highest floor with an amazing view. Parking was convenient and readily available. My favorite thing about my stay was the hospitality from the staff. Tatiana was soooo amazing and I am not lying when I say she provided the absolute BEST service I have ever received anywhere I have EVER stayed. She was so kind and accommodating. She solved issues I had with ease and patience. She was so attentive and you can tell she enjoys her job. I’m so grateful for her and I will return just because of her! "
