Best room layout for a double room. Good breakfast. Great location, close to restaurants and a cinema. Two things missing though that would have made the experience perfect - all day coffee and a microwave in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt Dulles North. I always use Hyatt for Business and Leisure . “Wilson” at the Front desk was amazing and thorough from check in to leaving. A nice,Clean friendly environment the entire stay. We felt safe and well accommodated hope to visit this area again soon. 5 stars

Very clean and amazing staff. Would have liked a microwave in our room. Keynote when using a CC through expedia and using a different card at the counter. Some how they try to charge both after checking in. Neither party excepts responsibility so check your account after leaving.

Hyatt Place is definitely my « go-to. » Great location, friendly, accommodating staff and excellent service. Great breakfast but other food service is limited . Also, would have preferred a tub instead of a shower. Rooms were clean, cozy, and modernized. Room entertainment has been upgraded. Enjoyable.
