Came to visit for a long weekend & enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful, the shuttle was easy to request, the hotel was clean & free parking! Only two negatives: -you definitely need a car to get around -the pillows are HORRIBLY flat (Left my stay with a sore neck but at least the mattress was comfortable) I would definitely stay here again... just request extra pillows next time :)

Shuttle service so reliable. Great, new van. Drivers pleasant Front desk personnel professional and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. The entry area could use some housekeeping with the welcome mat begging to be shampooed. But the remainder of the facility was well kept.

I had a great stay at this property. The room was large and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. I was impressed by the friendliness of both drivers who drove me to and from the hotel in the courtesy van, Chris and Bobby. The only issue I had was that I couldn't regulate the air conditioner in the room. The thermostat didn't seem to work and it was blowing cold air. I finally found a way to turn it off by crawling under the unit and manually turning it off but it was annoying. Staff brought me an extra blanket but it was a Sunday and maintenance couldn't help until the following day when I was gone. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I recommend this Hampton Inn.

Whenever I go to Kings Spa, I stay overnight at the Hampton Inn. The hotel was recently updated. It was an excellent stay. The mattress was so comfortable, it was like sleeping on clouds. There was ample storage space. Breakfast was good. The staff were very accommodating.
