Outside of my account I have stayed here several times. Though I understand refund policies, when someone proves their father passed days before his trip. You make an exception. As a Director in a multi unit business we have refund policies as well but we have compassion and empthy. Enjoy your 700$, you nor any Hilton hotel will get another dollar out of me or any team member I book a hotel for. I would rather sleep outside before I step foot into an establishment this heartless.

We were there four days and I had to go ask them on the third day to come clean the room Check in on Sunday and Tuesday afternoon 3 o’clock. I had asked common and clean the room and we were gone all day when we got back. The room wasn’t done.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and had an overall great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-maintained. I had a room with two queen beds, which was perfect for my stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. I also appreciated the location—it’s fantastic. The hotel is easy to get to, parking was simple, and it’s within walking distance of several restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Breakfast was offered on Saturday and Sunday, although I didn’t personally try it, so I can’t speak to the quality. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. The only minor downside there was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low—but that’s something I’ve experienced in many hotels. My only real complaints were with the bed and pillows. The mattress was quite firm and not the most comfortable for me, and the pillows were very soft with little support—they kind of flattened out completely. The hotel was quiet for the most part. However, I did notice that the doors don’t block much sound, and I could hear some noise from the hallway at times. Overall, I had a positive stay. The cleanliness, location, and helpful staff really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
