"Upon arrival, the host was waiting at the door and immediately presented us with an extensive explanation and a booklet of house rules. It was strongly emphasized that this was his personal home and that any damage had to be reported immediately, which felt a bit uncomfortable after a long journey.We experienced issues with the hot water during our stay. Although it was eventually resolved, we were initially told that the house could not handle six people showering, despite being advertised for six guests. During a ski holiday, hot water is essential, so this was disappointing.The access to the house was also problematic. The path leading to the property was not cleared, and we had to carry 12 suitcases over snow and ice for about 30 meters. On departure, the path had turned into solid ice and felt genuinely dangerous.The house itself is beautiful and in a great location, but the strict rules, communication style, and final inspection made the overall experience feel less welcoming than expected.A"
