Convenient location
Had been staying for few weeks here for business and consider my first choice as the location is convenient. Besides that the steamer available in the room is useful for me too to clean my winter cloth/accessories from smell since I will be staying here for more than a week. Overall satisfied with the stay. Only downside is the lack of choices for breakfast inside the hotel.

Convenience hotel
It is in city center and surrounding by many shops, is very convenient compare other other in the area. Not so “foreign” friendly, as a bit hard to communicate with front desk except you know Korean well. Only problem is cleanliness. Another problem I face is the attitude of some (not all as they still have good one) front desk staff. I requested for invoice during check out and they blame me for not informing them one day earlier and promised to email me but until now I didn’t received yet. I don’t know why I was being blamed as all the while I get my invoice during check out day and this is the first hotel in this area ask me to request earlier.

내부 시설은 최신 건물처럼 깔끔합니다 조식도 제공되는데 아침이 늦게 일어나 먹지못해서 아쉽긴 하네요. 혁신도시 중심에 있고 연말이라 그런지 밖에서 떠들는 소리가 많이 들려서 수면에 조금 방해가 되긴했지만 대체로 만족합니다.

전반적으로 청결하다는 느낌은 아니었습니다. 욕실 세면대에 머리카락들이 지저분하게 있고 청소가 안된 상태 였고 실내 슬리퍼도 일회용이 아닌 짝도 맞지 않는 상태였습니다. 침대는 편안한 편이었습니다.

호텔 컨디션은 신축건물이라 그런지 아주 청결하고 좋았습니다 아침 무료조식은 특별할건 없었지만 따뜻한 밥에 따뜻한 국이 있어서 아이들과 가볍게 먹기 좋았고 토스트 우유 커피 시리얼 등 만족스러웠습니다 다만 호텔스닷컴에서의 결제 가격이 현장보다 비싸서 체크인할때 속상했습니다

그냥 모텔..
방에 머리카락등 청도가 제대로 안됨 욕실 목욕탕 청소가 안됨. 욕실과 방사이 방음이 안되어 욕실 소움이 매우 큼 다른 방 담배 냄새가 올라와요. 아동 추가요금을 요구함. 아침 한식 나쁘지도 그렇다고 썩 좋다고 할수 없음. 가족과 함께 가기는 별루.

안녕하세요 호텔 모닝캄입니다. 숙박하시는 동안 불편하셨다니 죄송합니다. 방의 머리카락과 청소문제는 청소팀과 인스펙터 모두 재교육을 하도록 하겠습니다. 욕실 소음은 오픈형으로 설계가 되어 불편을 느끼시는 고객도 있는 점 감안하여 리모델링시 참고하도록 하겠습니다. 세심한 지적에 감사드립니다. 담배냄새는 죄송하지만 숙박하셨던 스위트룸 아래층은 고객용 세탁실이고 옆으로는 그 라인 전체(13호~17호 한 라인 전체)를 판매하지 않아 죄송하지만 원인파악이 안되어 더 확인 점검하여 문제점을 찾아 개선하겠습니다 아동추가요금은 호텔스닷컴과 저희 호텔과의 시스템적인 문제인데 저희 프론트 직원이 미숙하게 처리한 점이 확인되어 죄송스럽게 생각합니다. 아침한식은 이전에는 고객분들께 별도의 조식요금을 받고 제공하다가 대부분이 출장오시는 고객층이라서 간단하게라도 모두에게 아침을 해주면 좋겠다는 고객님들의 의견이 많아 무료로 바꾸다보니 최상의 만족을 드리지 못한 점이 있는 것 같습니다. 코로나팬데믹 상황이 좋아지고 이전 영업으로 회복하게되면 무료조식 퀄리티를 더 높이겠습니다. 보내주신 고견 귀담아 듣고 개선할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 숙박하시는 동안 불편을 드린 것 같아 진심으로 사죄드립니다. 죄송합니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔
음성 혁신도시 출장시 꼭 들르는 호텔입니다. 가격대비 시설이 깔끔한 편이며, 조식 무료, 그리고 스타일러가 있어서 매우 좋습니다. TV가 큰 것도 장점이고요 ^^ 앞으로도 혁신도시 출장시 계속 들를 예정입니다.

혁신도시 중심에 깔끔
혁신도시 중심에 있어서 비즈니스 출장으로 가기 딱일듯 합니다. 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 화장실에 거울이 커서 좋았어요. 침대는 살짝 꺼지는 느낌이 있었으나 잘때는 크게 불편함 못 느꼈어요:)

완벽함을 자랑하는 호텔
주변에 대형마트 먹거리등등 많아 사용하기 너무나 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 객실또한 너무나 깨끗하고 관리를 잘하고 있는것 같습니다. 출장으로 5일을 지냈는데정말 아쉬운 부분이 왠만한 비품들은 다 있으나 제일 기본적인 로션 같은게 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 많이 사용안하는 분들도 있지만 제가 준비를 못했을땐 때론 비치되어있는걸 사용하는데 그런 부분이 아주살짝 아쉬웠습니다 그것 빼고는 주변환경이며 시설이며 완벽합니다.

깔끔한 시설 호텔
출장으로 인해 몇일간 이용한 호텔이었습니다. 시설및 주변 지역등이 너무나 마음에 들었습니다. 아쉬운 부분은 기본적인 로션과 스킨이 없었습니다. 그것빼고는 전부다 맘에듭니다

77000원에 숙박했는데 도착하니 50000원짜리 방이였네요 호텔스딧컴에서 폭리를 취한건지 좀 씁쓸한 기분이 들더라구요 방은 새로지어 깨끗하고 나름 맘에드네요 그시골에 좀비싸다고 생각했거든요

출장자에게 좋은 호텔
가격대비 만족도 높음 특히 특실부터 있는 의류관리기는 출장자에게 정말 좋음 대형 티비와 욕조가 있어 출장지의 피곤함을 풀기에 좋음 주변의 대로를 건너면 가볍게 한 잔 할 수 있는 거리가 있으나 식사만 할 분들은 선택 폭이 좁음 도보 5분 거리에 편의점이 있어 대부분 해결되며 간편식을 이용한 식사도 가능함

가격대비 괜찮습니다.
숙소 청결도는 매우 만족스럽네요. 욕실은 세면대와 욕조,샤워 시설은 별도 문이 없고 화장실은 별도입니다.
