The location was perfect! The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is right down the road, and downtown Estes is just a short drive away. The place itself had everything we needed plus a personal hot tub with a view of a river. Great price for the location and everything that is included!
The location is beautiful and peaceful. We loved our balcony overlooking the river. Communication with the host team was easy and satisfactory. Would definitely return!
We stayed 2 nights here and had a great time! We loved relaxing in the hot tub which was more private than we figured it would be. There are privacy posts up. My only complaint is that there is not a table or anything to set food on, but I don't think there would really be any room for one. We made it work! Would book again.
The location of this property was perfect! It is close to a RMNP entrance that was full of wildlife including elk, moose, big horn sheep, and wild turkeys. The wedding we attended was only 1/2 mile away. We chose accommodations with a hot tub and were so happy with the proper water temperature and quality. Staff checked it daily. The stream behind the property is stocked with trout. Next time we will bring our fly rods. Super quiet too!

Unit was clean and well stocked. It is a great place if you're just there to sleep and get ready. No "extra" space or place to eat if you're cooking there. Really appreciated the private hot tub. Heard the elk bugling from the back deck. We checked out movies from the front desk.
Great place -close to entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park! Very nice deck with private hot tub overlooking mountains and river! Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very easy and the room was as described. The hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. Great location, close to town and super close to the Fern Lake RMNP entrance.
Great place to stay, super close to the RMNP entrance and close to downtown! Would recommend!

Great location just outside of the national park. Very quiet with great scenery. The room was very clean and loved the hot tub! One morning while sitting out on the deck having coffee, an elk walked right up! Would definitely stay there again!
We loved this place!! A little deceiving on the listing not knowing it was part of the Inn, and not a single cabin style. However, we had no problem with it and enjoyed our space. Beautiful, and great access to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Close to National Parks
Proximity to RMNP was great. We were in a lower unit and it was stuffy and dark. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the outdoor space was catered and not kept up. It was warm when we visited and there was no ability to have air circulate. I had wished I chose another property
We enjoyed the property overall. The check in and front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for RMNP entrance. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were only a few negatives. One big one. The unit above was outrageously loud. Stomping, banging made it very difficult to sleep. I dont believe they were doing anything on purpose its just the construction of the building. No AC. Because of the noise and lack of AC I would not stay again. Depending on your needs these things may not be a big deal.
