It is close to a RMNP entrance that was full of wildlife including elk, moose, big horn sheep, and wild turkeys. The wedding we attended was only 1/2 mile away. We chose accommodations with a hot tub and were so happy with the proper water temperature and quality. Staff checked it daily. The stream behind the property is stocked with trout. We were in a lower unit and it was stuffy and dark. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the outdoor space was catered and not kept up. The check in and front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for RMNP entrance. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were only a few negatives. One big one. The unit above was outrageously loud. Stomping, banging made it very difficult to sleep. I dont believe they were doing anything on purpose its just the construction of the building. No AC.
