Comfortable, convenient, close to town but lovely view and private despite proximity to other cabins. Perfect amenities for cooking and serving our Christmas dinner and pet friendly as well, which was crucial. Thank you!
This was our second time to stay in the cabins and the lake view was spectacular!!!
We love this area and it is so convenient to everything in Estes. The cabin was right next to new construction but the work was not disruptive to our stay. Would highly recommend for all seasons.
There is no better view of Lake Estes than from this cabin. Our family of 8 were very comfortable. Fireplace by the jacuzzi was incredible. If you are looking for somewhere spectacular to stay in Estes Park look no further than here.
Picturesque view from front room with all the amenities to make our meals and enjoy one another (ages 12-78). Easy access to marina, groceries and town. Thank you!
Very nice place with great view of lake. Very clean, modern, and maintained. Great access to walking track around lake. Lots of wildlife including a great experience with several elk around lake. Nice community with many friendly folk in other cabins. Family enjoyed it greatly!
Super clean, handsome home, very well furnished, attentive management and beautiful location! Plus, I could bring my Golden Retriever. We will be back.
This cabin is beautiful, comfortable and close to everything you want to do, whether that is in Estes Park, RMNP or down into the Denver area. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again, any time we're visiting the area. This is the perfect spot for adults who are looking for adventure and then to relax/unwind and there is plenty to keep the kids busy and having fun, too! You'll be glad you chose to stay here, once you see the scenery, feel the breeze and find which spot around the property is your favorite for being in the moment. ❤️
We loved the property and the facility was nice. Communication was great with the hosts. The only issue we had is we were in cabin 10, right next to the properties gazebo which can be booked by groups. Both nights of our stay we had to listen to large and loud parties that went later than the booking, or so we were told. It was hardly peaceful. The parties could be heard over a tv playing.
Great location if you want to be on Lake Estes near the marina. We heavily used the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Good people watching from our deck. The staff was accessible and responsive. This cabin might be noisy once events start back up after physical distancing guidelines are relaxed, because it is steps from the pavilion which I imagine is designed for parties.
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Estes park. Austen was very helpful give us tips on where to go and was always just a quick call or text away. It was literally the perfect vacation for my wife and I 2nd anniversary. Our first time in Colorado won’t be our last, and we will definitely use cabin again. Everything was very clean with an amazing view. We wouldn’t have been happier.

Excellent
Awesome cabin and vacation weekend! The only comment we would make is that 2 of the 3 nights we were there, someone else parked in the designated spot for the cabin. Not sure how you manage that, but perhaps putting a boot on a couple of cars that do that would deter it from happening in the future.
This mountain vacation home has a perfect location on Lake Estes with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. The home is brand new and decorated to the nines. Out of the dozen places we have rented on Homeaway including international destinations this was by far the nicest home we have rented. The amenties including outdoor grill and jacuzzi with views of the moutain are outstanding. We also had access to resort amenties right next door. The owner Austen was very accomodating to our needs and requests and answerwed so promtply. We HIGHLY recommend this property for your next vacation. The Rhode family: Clarissa, Patrick and Sofia.
We stayed in cabin 10. The views were beyond beautiful. The cabin was clean, modern and spacious. We loved the homey accommodations like the washer and dryer and full kitchen. We were barely there 2 days and we started talking about coming back. It snowed for an entire day and we had a fire and just watched the snow fall on the lake and the mountains-It was as much fun as it would have been if we had gone on a hike in 50-60 degree weather. The Mountain Village staff was attentive and accommodating. We consider cabin 10 our personal vacation home- haha. We will be back!

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Disappointing and deceitful listing - cannot recommend (details in review)
Rented this property for my wife's 30th birthday. We had family fly in from out of town to make the trip. Property is listed as a luxury cabin rental. Unfortunately, the listing intentionally omits the fact that the property is located on a full, active construction site. We were disappointed upon check-in to find that the property was immediately surrounded by ~6 other cabins in the middle of construction. The only deck to hang out on (which also had the hot tub) faced the active construction site. We woke up at 7:45am on Thursday and Friday to the sound of nail guns, saws, hammers, music, and voices. Even with all windows and doors closed the sound permeated the inside of the property from 7:45am - 5:00pm both days. We had to hang sheets on the deck to maintain any semblance of privacy from the construction crew. We immediately contacted the property manager to no avail - no other cabins available to move to (probably because they are all under construction). This is no an exaggeration to say that there were 3 cabin foundations and frames with a full construction crew doing work 20 feet from our back door/deck/hot tub. It was honestly baffling that (1) the property listing made zero mention of the fact the property was located on an active construction site (nice views), (2) a full team of construction workers would be working the entire day feet from the property (unavoidable noise pollution inside the cabin for 10 hours both days) or (3) a substantial portion of the resort was under construction (likely 8 or so cabins being constructed on the resort grounds). According to the property manager, they had no idea construction was occurring. That is pretty interesting given ~50% of the resort property is under construction. How could they not know? They likely did know but knew if they included that in the listing, nobody would rent it. The owner/property manager was able to first offer a free dinner (at the restaurant owned by the resort), and then when that wasn't acceptable, a minor refund. Given the number of luxury cabins available for vacation-goers, I can't possibly suggest you rent this one without first asking for pictures of the actual cabin property (to make sure you aren't arriving to an active construction site) and confirmation that construction is complete.
