Built in 2018, this brand new villa provides you with all new high quality furniture and home appliances, climate control, heated floor across the whole villa, high security alarm system, high speed Internet and a smart TV on both floors with access to streaming and more than 100 international TV channels for you to wind down after a day of golfing and swimming!   
  
You will enjoy 4 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious stylish lounge and open kitchen with dining area, big garden terrace with pool and rooftop solarium.  
On second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with balconies and 1common bathroom;  
3d master bedroom with ensuite bathroom private lovely terrace with 2 sunbeds. The 4th bedroom is especially private with its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe and can be used as a private apartment.   
In the charming, elegantly designed salon you’ll immediately feel at home. Watch a movie on the big TV flat screen, or host a Spanish style get together with your friends and family!  
The open-plan kitchen has a bar area and large dining table which encourages home cooking and is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality amenities: dishwasher, blender, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker - all high quality kitchen appliances.   
There’s a laundry room in the basement equipped with washer and dryer.   
All rooms have air conditioning, heating and access to WIFI. The villa also comes equipped with high quality sheets, towels, a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.
