A scenic coastal track nearby allows you to walk all the way to Sabinillas (5km). A selection of some of the finest golf courses on the Costa del Sol are close by, with the nearest course just 4km from the complex. The development benefits from a communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, and the apartment includes a secure underground parking space, free WIFI and hot and cold air conditioning throughout. There is currently construction work underway at a neighbouring complex. This may or may not cause some inconvenience, so please contact us prior to booking for the latest update. The apartment is located on the second (top) floor with lift access and is arranged over one level, with the added benefit of a private rooftop solarium ideal for sunbathing. Spotlessly clean apartment but let down by the laundry department as we found dirty towels, pillows and pillowcases. These were changed the next day. The apartment was airy and very spacious with all the facilities you need for a self catering stay.Very large balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers electric awning plus a private roof terrace.Comfortable beds and furniture in the open plan lounge/diner. Two good sized bathrooms with double showers. Underground garage parking space.Large well kept swimming pool with plenty of sun beds.The only issue is at the moment immediately opposite the apartment there is a large building complex in progress so the noise from this can be disturbing. ##### allan b.
