El Patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive gated residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course. Lovely two-bedroom penthouse of 110m2 with huge terrace directly overlooking the 17th and 18th Holes, with sea views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar, Morocco and Africa when the weather is clear. Finished to a very high standard, both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers. Fitted with two bathrooms, the master en suite includes a hydro bath, Shower, WC, Bidet and twin basins. The Lounge has two comfortable sofas, a dining area providing seating for four with all necessary accoutrements. All floors are in cream marble. Reverse cycle Air-conditioning/heating, Smart TV, free High-Speed Internet, linen and bedding all provided. The utility room has fitted cupboards with a washing machine. The Terrace has a dining area for six, sofa and lounge seats. Summer kitchen with a bar. The Community swimming pool with adjacent children/s pool and showers are a few steps away in a gated secure community with ample free public parking in front of the residence. The nearest beach is a 10 min walk or a few minutes drive, Puerto de la Duquesa and the seaside Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas are within an easy 5 minute drive. The famous inland White Village of Casares is a 15 min drive. Estepona and the exclusive resort of Sotogrande are a 15 min drive, Gibraltar 30 min, Malaga 1 hour, Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus are a 30 mins drive. Site Seeing includes Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, Ronda, Bioparc Zoo at Fuengirola, Seville, Gibraltar and much much more.
