Ground floor apartment which consists of a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. There are two folding beds. Sleeps up to 8 people. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the gardens. Air conditioning and heating. Free Internet access Hacienda Beach is an attractive, secure development located right on the seafront between Estepona and Puerto Banus. It’s Ideally situated - you leave your apartment and in less than 2 minutes you are on the sandy beach! There is also a beautiful paved coastal walkway to explore that leads to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area – many just a 5-minute stroll away. The apartment complex has a large communal swimming pool, a pool-side bar/restaurant and a splash pool for small children surrounded by beautiful and lush, landscaped gardens. These apartments are spacious at 100 Square Metres on the ground floor with direct access from the terrace to the pool and garden areas. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a furnished terrace. These apartments on the ground floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with sliding doors leading to the terrace, master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom, two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. The property is located only 3 kilometres to the east of Estepona, 1.5 Kilometres from Cancelada and less than 10 minutes by car from Puerto Banus with its luxury Marina. The municipality of Estepona is almost entirely dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja, where the natural park of Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja is located. This town's rural character is reflected in the San Isidro Labrador fiestas (15 May).
