Located in Saladillo Benamara, Estepona, this 85 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and allows for one additional baby. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and an extra guest toilet with a washbasin, as well as a private, well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, a living area with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls (600 MB), and a washing machine. A high chair is provided for families with children, and towels and bed linen are included.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy the communal garden with a renovated outdoor pool. The property is part of a residential complex consisting of 11 townhouses, located just 150 meters from El Saladillo beach.  
  
Shared street parking is available. Pets are allowed during your stay. Just 50 meters from the house, there is a park with a tennis court, basketball court, football field, table tennis, and playground, accessible with a card (an extra fee applies if lost).
