The spacious living room has two distinct areas. The dining area has a wooden table for eight, elegant and comfortable armchairs. This space is connected to the open-plan kitchen with elegant furniture and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. The sitting area has one coffee table and comfortable sofas placed in front of a flat-screen TV. This is a carpeted area that offers an exit to the terrace. Surroundings: \~ Neighborhood This brand new urbanization set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains offers the perfect location for both golf and tennis lovers, as for those wanting to relax on the sunny beaches of Costa del Sol, the Playa el Saladillo beach is within walking distance to the apartment. The Belaire Urbanization offers you a children's pool and a swimming pool with a shallow end and Roman stairs (depth from 1.10m-2.60m) placed in a manicured garden. \~ Beach The beach Playa El Saladillo, is just 500m from the apartment. The beach is wide and clean, composed of a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance to the sea is smooth, with no rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have Vila Padierna beach bar and other chiringuitos where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. \~ Shopping/Restaurants You have several good restaurants in the area of Bel Air, at only 500m, like Pepe's Beach which dates back to 1978, open only during the season, where you can find good local food and a lovely atmosphere. If you fancy exotic cuisine you may attend Jaipur Purple Indian Restaurant Estepona only 450 meters from the apartment or Restaurante Pancho de Villa, a Mexican restaurant at 600 meters from the apartment. Mercadona, SuperSol and Lidl are very good supermarkets placed within walking distance of the apartment (100 m). Here they sell fresh fish, fresh baked bread, meat, vegetables, etc. Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but then you find basic provisions in the gas station, at 600 m from the apartment. If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket 2.5 km from the apartment. The nearest shopping area is 5km from the apartment, Diana Center. Here you can find small local shops, bakeries, butcheries, vegetable shops, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Every Saturday morning a small market takes place with clothes, accessories, flowers and a vegetable fruit stand. In 10km you have El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus, one of the biggest department stores in the area and in an 18km drive from Costalita, you have one of the biggest shopping malls in Costa del Sol, La Canada.
