Discover this 40m² two-bedroom duplex apartment, accommodating up to 6 people, with a balcony, ideally located on the 1st floor (no elevator), near the center of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.  
  
Private parking and a private ski locker are included.  
  
The apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, etc.), a sofa bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm).  
  
• Pets are not allowed.  
  
• Tourist tax (for those 18 and over) is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price.  
  
• Optional services:  
  
• End-of-stay cleaning: €120.  
  
• Baby cot rental: €20/week.  
  
• Towel rental: €18/kit (1 small + 1 large).
