 On the ground floor, the villa features a large open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Patio doors open to a sizable terrace and BBQ area, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and leisure. Two bedrooms and a convenient shower room are also located on this floor, enhancing the accessibility and functionality of the living space.   
  
 As you ascend to the upper level, a spacious hallway welcomes you, complete with a sofa and access to the balcony offering captivating sea views. A charming Juliette balcony to the front of the villa adds a touch of character to the architecture. On this level, three bedrooms are found, including a master bedroom with an en suite and balcony access, as well as a well-appointed family bathroom.   
  
 The outdoor area of Villa Alaris is designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. A large private pool is surrounded by a mature garden with a lush lawn and a dedicated children's play area.
