Here you can relax and unwind. This newly renovated, 125 m² vacation rental in Eriskirch has been lovingly furnished and offers you the perfect vacation on Lake Constance.

The town of Eriskirch is located right on the lake between Lindau and Friedrichshafen.

The apartment sleeps 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining area (40 m²) with an adjoining south-facing rooftop terrace (25 m²), a bright bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet, and a beautiful built-in kitchen.
All living and sleeping areas feature oak hardwood floors. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are tiled in light colors. All rooms have windows and are equipped with roller shutters.
The apartment has everything a man, a woman, or a family needs for the perfect vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following appliances: convection oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Pots, pans, dishes, and glasses for 6 people are, of course, provided.

The bathroom has natural light (window). A washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, etc., are also provided.

On the large southwestern terrace, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
On the large WEBER grill, you can enjoy the perfect BBQ with your loved ones or simply relax on a sun lounger. A solar-powered shower on the terrace provides a refreshing way to cool off. During the summer months from June through September, a garden pool is also available.

If it gets a bit cooler in the evening, you can head inside to the spacious living-dining area. Here, a large dining table in the sunroom seats up to 6 people.

The bedrooms (three in total) are furnished with queen- or king-size beds (1 bed 180x200 cm, 2 beds 140x200 cm). This makes it possible to spend your vacation with friends or with up to 4 children.

Dogs are welcome.

Bedding, towels, etc., are provided, as are basic kitchen supplies (sugar, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, dishwasher tablets).

A large Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar and Wi-Fi is available for your use.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
