We arrived a bit early but they were kind enough to give us a room and upgrade, The hotel is dog friendly ( mine are service animals) The beach is 4 minutes away by walking and they have pool on the roof ! Our receptionist, Marilisa was wonderful. Thanks again Alex

Un luogo in cui soggiornare.
Il check-in non è stato dei migliori. Poi ci siamo capiti e mi hanno omaggiato del servizio di parcheggio esterno e di molte attenzioni.. L Hôtel e confortevole pulito mancava la coperta in armadio. Comprensibile data la stagione ma oramai la notte scende a 15/17 gradi e co stava bene. Tutto sommato lo consiglio.
La vista dal rooftop vale il soggiorno.

E' già stato in passato più volte nostro ospite e questa volta ha prenotato su Expedia. Partiamo dal presupposto che se un ospite non si trova bene non ritorna nella stessa struttura costantemente. Peccato che non si possano inviare foto.. Le coperte ci sono piegate bene ed imbustate in tutte le camere. Se non la avesse vista bastava chiamare la reception che è costantemente presidiata dal nostro staff anche di notte.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel, da uns die Freundlichkeit des kompletten Personals sehr gefällt. Es ist nur schade, dass der Dachbereich mit Pool´s und Bar schon 18.30 Uhr schließt. Sonst alles super. Kommen auch gern wieder.

Camere moderne e pulite e prima colazione di qualità. Personale gentile e competente. Attenzione solo al parcheggio interrato: alcune vetture vengono poste sul sollevatore e diventa quindi impossibile utilizzarle finché non viene spostata la macchina sottostante (il che, soprattutto nei giorni di punta, può comportare qualche attesa).

Direi esperienza pessima, la struttura è fornita di garages sotterraneo a pagamento, con l’obbligo di lasciare in custodia le chiavi del veicolo... Purtroppo al ritiro del veicolo ho costatato una graffiatura sul passaruta sx.., avvisato il responsabile (titolare)di quando notato, mi sono trovato in un mondo negazionista privo di responsabilità.... Ad oggi attendo notizie dalla titolare della struttura...

A mio parere, non un 4*
Stanza piccola, ma abbastanza confortevole anche se il frigobar era spento. I sanitari in bagno sembravano un po’ datati ed erano sacrificati visto il poco spazio. Colazione poco piacevole, sala particolarmente confusa con la gente che sembrava non avesse mangiato da giorni; i succhi di frutta erano allungati con molta acqua, pertanto per il mio gusto non bevibili. Per lo standard al quale sono abituato, non darei 4 stelle alla struttura.

Pulizia ottima, camerieri gentili e disponibili. La piscina pulita unica pecca avremmo preferito un po di flessibilità per il check out, avremmo dovuto finire il soggiorno con il pranzo ma dovendo lasciare la stanza alle 10 e svendo xue bimbe piccole di cui una di 1 anno abbiamo preferito andare via.

Tolles Familienhotel mit Strand vor der Haustüre
Wir haben uns heuer nach einer Alternative zum Lido di Jesolo Strand umgesehen und sind dabei auf Eraclea Mare und das Hotel Eraclea Place gestoßen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen (kein nächtliches Halligalli) Apartmenthäusersiedlung (wird hauptsächlich von Italienern genutzt) und ist nur 3 Min Fußweg (durch einen schattigen Pinienwald) vom Sandstrand entfernt. Am Strand selbst gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vom Hotel, WC u Duschanlagen und ein kleines Buffet. Der Strand selbst ist optimal für kleine Kinder zum Spielen und Planschen, da aufgrund der aufgeschütteten Steine, welche alle 500m ins Meer hinaus ragen, die Buchten extrem Flach ins Wasser hinein laufen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber und kinder- bzw. behindertenfreundlichen. Die beiden Pools am Dach (Kleinkinder- bzw. Erwachsenen-Pool) inkl. hauseigener möglicher Kinderanimation sind toll. Das Essen ist mehr als ausreichend (hatten HP) und ausgezeichnet! Die Tiefgarage ist zwar etwas eng aber ratsam zu buchen (€10,- pro Tag), da es heraußen kaum Parkplätze gibt. Die Standard-Zimmer sind sauber aber ebenfalls etwas klein - würden nächstes Mal gleich eine Easy Suite buchen. Und unbedingt einen Gelsenstecker bzw. -Spray mitnehmen - aufgrund der Landwirtschaft und ihrer Kanäle ist die Gelsendichte recht hoch! Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Flott hotell med deilig svømmebasseng på taket og gratis tilgang til privat område på stranden. Treningsrom, boblebad, rent og fint, men dårlig wifi. Hadde stort flott rom for fire, men tekjøkken fasiliteter var innelåst og måtte betales ekstra for, merkelig siden hotellpriser var høy. God frokost som anbefales. Ikke ta middag inkludert, den var kantinepreget og ikke i nærheten av standarden på lokale restauranter, overpriset. Området har en gate med noen få butikker og mange restauranter, kun er sted for noen dager med sol og bad!

Das Eraclea Palace liegt unweit (getrennt durch einen schmalen Pinienwald) am feinen Sandstrand von Eracle Mare. Der tägliche Spaziergang (ca. 5 min.) von und zum Hotel an den Strand wie zurück ist sehr angenehm entspannend. Jedem Zimmer stehen am Strand 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Das Hotel ist sehr sortiert und insgesamt ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Rezeption ist stets hilfsbereit wie supernett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgiebig sortiert und reicht allemal aus. Eine Tiefgarage steht den Fahrzeugen der Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung und wird auf Wunsch durch Valet-Parking (Pkw wird geparkt) angeboten. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fair und wir buchen im kommenden Jahr wieder das Eracle Palace Hotel in Eraclea Mare.

Albergo abbastanza adeguato ai tempi attuali
Diviso da una pineta un po buia dal mare. Dal nostro piano (4) il mare non si vedeva. La vista era su paese un po cosi. La suite era ordinata e pulita ( veniva riordinata tutti i giorni) con delle porte finestre e un grande balcone. A disposizione un stendibiancheria. La cucina era chiusa (chissa perche?). Il persone gentile e disponibile per informazioni. La colazione con vasta scelta e l ambiente curato. Bella terrazza con piscina e bel panorama. Peccato che era chiuso alla sera e la mattina presto. Globalmente noi a occasione ci ritorniamo.

The hotel had nice location close to beach and the pool on the roof was also very nice for our family with 3 children from 4 to 14. The Easy suite room was convenient for us with separate bedroom for parents. The staff was helpfull with inquiries on local services as Eraclea Mare itself was nice small beach village. The village had anyway enough restaurants to visit different place every evening. But for shopping it was better to take a car and have 30 min drive to an outlet village. Good hotel in nice beach village.

Het personeel, met name de receptionisten, waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelf de huishouders die de kamers schoon hielden waren vriendelijk. Zelfs de auto werd op verzoek de garage in gereden.

Das Hotel entspricht keinesfalls einem 4*-Haus, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unakzeptabel. Die Sonnenterrasse am Dach (mit Pool und wirklich tollem Ausblick) verfügt leider über keine Sonnenschirme, angesichts der hohen Temperaturen durch den Betonboden doppelt absurd. Die Zimmer sind klein, der Schrank höchst unpraktisch. Die Poolbar bietet 3 verschiedene antialkoholische Cocktails an und zudem in wässriger Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vor allem im Hinblick auf Obst am besten auszulassen (Auswahl: Wassermelone, Pfirsiche aus der Dose & Pflaumen aus der Dose, that´s it)
