We were very disappointed in our stay. We didn’t receive housekeeping on one of our 3 day stay. We notified the front desk at approximately 4:00 pm and were told that they would send someone right out. When we returned for the evening the room was still unattended. Also the mattresses on the beds were so old they were uneven and sagged. The air conditioning was not adequate as well. On the positive side the pool area was very nice and kept up well. In all fairness upon checkout we expressed our concerns and the gentleman who helped us seemed legitimately concerned about the housekeeping situation. They did adjust one night of parking fees for our inconvenience. Overall I could not recommend.

Over all, it was an okay hotel. Thank goodness I asked for a final invoice, because there were hidden charges that weren’t included when I booked the room. First, they charged me for 3 nights of self- parking, when we only stayed for 2 nights. Then, they charged me for additional hotel amenities for 2 nights, and when I asked what that was, the lady said it was for water and ice machines? What? You charge for those? I didn’t even get ice, nor water. I actually had to go to the nearest store to get drinking water. Yeah, no. I won’t be returning and will not refer this place, unfortunately.

This was a last minute booking for my partner and I. We were impressed with how welcoming and friendly the staff were upon check in and extremely happy with the room we were provided with. Which was clean and updated. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning in the future.
