Definitely a good experience, now I have to deal with Expedia who sold me a room that the hotel did not have available. The supervisor from hotel.com said she comped me an upgrade and it was a downgrade. Working in this field I know what they did and I will address it over the next few days. Kudos to the Operations/Asst GM who went above and beyond to help with these issues. Thank you, Jerry!!!"

It was a quick overnight stay for an event but would definitely go back for a longer stay and experience all the amenities."
