"Good a/c in room, rooms felt very cramped but well appointed with good coffee machines, comfy beds, good tv. Elevators are old small and one was broken so was a daily issue, restaurant and bar excellent. Overall a 4 star experience but needed more to be a 5 star"

"It was pretty cool and has a lot personality. Just beware, everything is soo small... elevator, room, etc. There is no mini fridge or micrwave. Other than that, awesome!"

"Did not go to breakfast. Reception people not very friendly or helpful. They were not familiar with metro or buses or Georgetown. I have traveled extensively but had to ask for help to turn on lights in the room. Lamp switches very hard to find. Very modern rooms so the light situation….room not tidied the second day but had enough towels but needed more coffee pods. Bar was nice and adjacent dining room outside had had trivia night. A bit far away from downtown and sights. Discription of hotel location could have been better. "

"From the second we pulled up to the valet the staff was fantastic. Front desk had everything we needed. Bartender was awesome. Room beautiful. Would definitely book there again."

"The A/C in the room is very noisy Wake you up noisy The mattress is well past its useful life Woke up each morning with a back ache They missed cleaning our room second day We reported and after 2 hours n response so we accepted a towel “refresh” Hotel lingo for just new towels only The room was streetside and traffic and emergency vehicles kept us up all night Room very small for over $300 per night Will not be staying here again Hilton Honors Silver member"
