- This beautiful holiday complex, Residencia Thomas, located directly on the seaside promenade in Las Marinas, was renovated as recently as 2020. The complex consists of nearly 4 identical townhouses and 2 holiday apartments. They are fully equipped so that you’ll find everything you need for your holiday. The townhouses feature a spacious kitchen on the ground floor with an electric and gas stove, as well as a microwave, toaster, and washing machine. A safe, a pellet stove for the colder months, a TV with 4 satellite channels in various languages, a dining table, a sofa bed, a decorative bed, and high-speed internet round out the amenities. You’ll also find a barrier-free shower room here. The terrace is equipped with a cosy seating area and an outdoor grill. You’ll find everything you need for daily life right here.
