​​Unser Strandhaus "Casa Claudia" ist ein gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Reihenhaus, auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt, in zentraler Lage und direkt am Strand.  
Nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Restaurants, Supermarkt und Geschäften.  
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich der Gemeinschaftsparkplatz mit freier Parkplatzwahl.  
Im Erdgeschoß lädt der Eingangsbereich mit einer neu eingebauten, top ausgestatteten Küche sofort zum Kochen ein. Der gemütliche Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Couch und Internet-TV bietet vier Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Essbereich sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima, der Pellet-Kaminofen für kuschelige Abende. Vor dem Haus können Sie die private Terrasse nutzen. Der gepflegte, wunderschöne Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Poolanlage liegt hinter dem Haus.  
Im 1. Stock steht Ihnen ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140 cm x 200 cm), Klimaanlage, einem großen Schrank und einem schönen Balkon mit toller Aussicht zur Verfügung. Das zweite Schlafzimmer beinhaltet zwei Einzelbetten (jeweils 90 cm x 200 cm), Klimaanlage und einen großen Schrank. Die Fenster sind mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet und haben schließbare Fensterläden. Das frisch renovierte Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken liegt auch im 1. Stockwerk.
